Lowcountry Therapy Center's Beaufort Clinic's Therapists

Whitney Wilson, MS, OTR/L

Whitney Wilson is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Science, as well as a graduate of East Carolina University with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. Whitney has experience in pediatric occupational therapy in the home, school, and outpatient settings. Whitney has advanced training in Interactive Metronome, an evidence-based therapeutic tool that improves cognitive and motor skills. She also has experience with Sensory Integration®, feeding, Handwriting without Tears®, and Transdisciplinary Play-Based Assessment. Whitney is an active member of both the South Carolina Occupational Therapy Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Michelle Geers, MS, CCC-SLP

Michelle Geers is a graduate of Radford University with a Bachelor and Master of Science in Communication of Science and Disorders.  Michelle has experience in pediatric speech therapy in a school setting providing therapy for a wide range of communicative disorders.  She also has experience in a multidiscipline setting treating military members diagnosed with traumatic brain injury.  She is very excited about joining Lowcountry Therapy Center's multidiscipline team.  She is an active member of the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association.

 

Stacy McGrady, DPT

Dr. Stacy McGrady is a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a Bachelors in Exercise and Sport Science and a graduate of Elon University with a doctorate in Physical Therapy.  Stacy has experience with children in an interdisciplinary setting, working together with pediatric speech language pathologist and pediatric occupational therapists.  She has specialized experience, including research and case reports, with children diagnosed with cerebral palsy.  Stacy takes pride in always including family feedback family from setting goals to determining discharge.  She has been an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 2008.  She has complete several APTA courses, including Medical Spanish for Physical Therapists.

Miss Ayana Venson will be our Office Manager in the Beaufort Clinic.  Bluffton will miss her, but she will be much closer to home!

Miss Jan Feiner will be our Business Manager.  She will visit both the Bluffton and Beaufort Clinics regularly.
